There are several government agencies for support of medical related issues in Australia.

One of these is the Cancer Council Australia.

You can advise patients to contact the Cancer Council for education about and support for cancer. Each State or Territory of Australia has their own Cancer Council branch.

In New Zealand, the same organisation is known as the Cancer Society.
